Last updated: October 2026. These terms apply to orders billed in US dollars. They mirror ZivRank’s French terms of sale (Conditions générales de vente); in case of discrepancy on any point other than prices and currency, the French version prevails.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the services provided by ZivRank SAS (the “Provider”) to its business customers (the “Customer”). ZivRank does not sell to consumers.
2. Services
The Provider offers services that improve the visibility of brands in answers generated by artificial intelligence engines: Quick Scan (free), baseline audit, monthly ZivRank subscriptions (Continuous Scan, Core, Growth, Premium, Enterprise) and a white-label agency portal. The exact scope is defined in the signed quote or order form.
3. Prices
Prices are stated in US dollars, exclusive of taxes. For Customers established outside the European Union, services are invoiced without French VAT; the Customer is responsible for any taxes due in its own jurisdiction.
- ZivRank Continuous Scan: $390 per month, 3 production credits per month (audits and third-party profiles only)
- ZivRank Core: $2,300 per month, 12 production credits per month
- ZivRank Growth: $3,500 per month, 20 production credits per month
- ZivRank Premium: $6,000 per month, 40 production credits per month
- ZivRank Enterprise: $10,000 per month, 70 production credits per month
- Baseline audit: $2,000, required from the Core subscription upward, invoiced at the start and credited against the 6th monthly payment
- Agency portal, per client per month depending on the measurement profile: Monitor $680, Standard $1,000, Extended $1,460; 3 credits included; additional credit at $140; volume discount of 5% from 5 clients, 10% from 10 clients, 15% from 20 clients
Cost of services in credits: technical audit 1, article 2, third-party profile 2, comparison page 3, video 10, satellite site 30. Unused credits roll over for 1 month, then expire. Top-ups in packs of 5 credits are available to subscribers from Core upward, at their plan’s credit price (Core $190, Growth $175, Premium $150, Enterprise $140 per credit).
A 10% discount applies when 12 months are paid in advance.
Prices may be revised once a year, capped at +5% per year, with 60 days’ notice.
4. Commitment
- ZivRank subscriptions: minimum commitment of 6 consecutive months.
- Baseline audit: performed at the start of the subscription, on the schedule set in the quote.
5. Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, through Stripe, using the payment method stated in the quote.
- Baseline audit: invoiced at the start of the subscription.
- Payment term: 15 days from the invoice date.
- Late payment: interest at three times the French legal interest rate, plus a fixed recovery fee of €40 (Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code).
6. Termination
Subscriptions may be terminated with 60 days’ notice before the end of the current period, by registered letter or by email with acknowledgment of receipt. In the event of a serious breach by one party, the other party may terminate the contract automatically if a formal notice remains without effect for 30 days.
7. Intellectual property
Content produced by the Provider becomes the Customer’s property upon full payment. The Provider may cite the engagement as a reference (logo, anonymized metrics) unless the Customer explicitly objects in writing.
8. Confidentiality
The parties shall keep confidential the information exchanged during the contract and for 5 years after it ends.
9. Non-solicitation
The Customer shall not hire or directly solicit the Provider’s employees or freelancers during the contract and for 12 months after it ends, unless the Provider agrees in writing.
10. Liability
The Provider has an obligation of means (best efforts). No guarantee of results is given on the volume of citations or leads generated. The Provider’s total liability is capped at 12 months of services invoiced under the contract concerned.
11. Personal data
Personal data processing is governed by our privacy policy. A data processing agreement (DPA) can be signed on request.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, including in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims.
